As you listen to this, remember that 44 states already have a law like this in place. This stops cities from having firearms laws over and above State law.
I learned much from the hearing. One DUI in Lincoln, and you can’t have a gun in Lincoln. Gun rights gone with the stroke of your own pen with no warning about what you are doing.
So does this Lincoln Police officer lose his gun rights in Lincoln (Allegedly of course – innocent until proven guilty.)
